A) Any personal data that you provide will be held and used in accordance with the above legislation and in compliance with the data privacy and confidentiality obligations that the Antico Martini is legally bound to respect.
B) Your personal data will be held and used for the following purposes:
- to satisfy your booking requests
- to carry out marketing and promotional activities and to distribute material providing information about our products and services.
C) We do not require your explicit consent to perform the activities described in point b.1) above. You are free to provide or withhold your personal details, though withholding them will make it impossible for us to comply with your booking request.

You will still be able to benefit from the table booking service even if you withhold your consent for us to use your data for the purposes described in point b.2).
D) Your personal data will be stored in hard copy (on paper) and on computerised systems.
E) Only personnel employed by Antico Martini or by its controlled companies, and designated as responsible for data processing will have access to and use of your personal data. All access and use conforms to applicable data privacy legislation and satisfies the minimum security measures defined in annex B.
F) Your personal data will only be divulged to those persons to whom the law gives rights of access, and only within the limits permitted by law. Your personal data will not be otherwise diffused.
